Second Hand Strautmann Auto BaleTainer – Bale weight ~400Kg

BaleTainer® is a fully automatic baler for paper, cardboard, foil and empty PET bottles and can handle large amounts of waste without any problems. Thanks to the large loading opening, you can conveniently throw large quantities of plastic bottles and large cartons without shredding. Material can be fed manually, using a forklift or conveyor belt. The bale is pressed in layers. As soon as the layer is ready, it is stuffed from the pressing chamber into the channel. The finished bales are automatically tied and ejected. Not only the loading process of the bale chamber is fully automated, but also the wire binding system and ejection of the pressed bale are fully automatic. This saves time and work! In addition, the new baling system used in this baler allows the use of less baling force, which means less energy consumption and a smaller mounting surface. Bales pressed in this way allow easy too raw material. Also, the loading space of trucks and 24-tonne sea containers will be used to the maximum. BaleTainer® can be used directly at the site of waste, which reduces the time and costs of transport over long distances and thus improves internal logistics.

Machines are sold as unexamined but are complete, may require some work, before installing. We have 2 units available, both machines were operational when removed from site.
